Overall it was a great stay and would definitely stay there shgain.

The location , the view was fantastic.

Some of the curtains were hanging off. The shelf and vent near shelf in the laundry were filthy. Could not get normal TV but was happy enough with movies.

Great view and apartment was quite nice but the staff turned us off so wouldn’t stay again

The view was amazing and room had all we needed.

The staff were quite rude when we were trying to locate some missing luggage. They seemed like they couldn’t have cared for their guests. They just didn’t need to be so rude about it. Being polite goes a long way.

Amazing views!!

The views from our apartment on the 24th floor were fantastic. The apartment was clean and well presented, we had everything we needed.

The Internet was too slow, it was difficult to watch a movie or TV as it kept freezing and cutting out.

Very Good

The view from our window was absolutely amazing

The rooms are very outdated and need new dishwashers and washing machines the mould put us off I understand the weather can cause this but it’s in the inside of the appliances, the bed were very hard I had to use blankets to layer on the single bed so the kids were comfortable a plush pillow top mattress or overlay would be great as it was quite expensive to stay at.

Conveniently located.

Very convenient location. An easy walk to beach and shops. It was only a short drive to the Pacific highway so it it didn't take long to get to the theme parks. Property had 2 beautiful swimming pools an outdoor and an indoor which the kids loved. Convenient parking in basement. Our room was comfortable and well equipped. We could watch the whales everyday from our balcony.

Its a very tall building so you can feel it move when its windy. So some of us suffered from vertigo .If you don't like heights or suffer from motion sickness beware that you may feel ill staying here.

We enjoyed ourselves, didn't use all the facilities, but they were there if we needed them.

View was excellent, even better to see whales playing out in the ocean.

Taps were dripping in the main bathroom, both over the basin and the shower.

There was some issues with the indoor pool not being manned sufficiently as children were bombing into the pool and using the spa as a pool. I hopped into the spa and my husband turned it on and hopped in after a child had got out of the spa after using it as a pool. The child wanted to hop back in the spa so the child went to the parent and the parent wasn't really nice to me about turning the spa off so her child could hop in. I just said it is a spa and that is how it is being used at the moment, if your child wants to swim then they need to swim in the pool. Parent apparently wasn't happy with that and complained

Location was amazing right across the road from beach.

The road works and the building being built which was all around us and noise.

Brilliant apartment and location with good dining options in Burleigh Heads all easy walking.

View great and room layout good. Orientation for sun Ok. Indoor pool interesting and nice temperature. Well appointed rooms and good kitchen space and items. Great location easy walks to both town centre, beach and also to great restaurants 'Little Plates' and 'Light Years' on the highway. Temporary construction work in the building was not a major problem to us.

Indoor spa pressure much too high for comfort. Sadly location on Gold Coast Highway meant traffic noice (especially unmuffled motor bikes was annoying - and night-construction on light-rail work was intrusive on two nights but not something place could do much about. There was a warning on the booking form about that but not that they would work at night! Our whole experience outweighed this problem.

Very Good

Position was really good. Size of apartment and facilities in grounds were very good. Views fabulous

The deco was very tired. Terylene curtains falling off tracks and signs of mildew. Only one of the 2 wardrobes was usable and the drawers in that one were rotting at bottom. On balcony 3 rusty chairs and no table.
